I ordered this item with moderate expectations, I was really pleasantly shocked on initially use as they are cozy and helpful in my running footwear. I am recovering from plantars fasciitis and these are a huge support. My spouse has a pair, also, and is quite satisfied with day-to-day, continuous use in her footwear. She has had immediate relief from a lengthy term plantars challenge.

This seemed to work nicely. The only difficulty I had is that I reside in Hawaii and wear sandals devoid of socks all over the place. It does not say on the web page but it states in the directions to put on a sock below the strap. I do not wear socks so the sizing was off. It was as well major. I tightened it as substantially as probable but it would have labored better in a scaled-down dimensions.

These are good if you suffer from PF - I will not operate devoid of them & if I know I'm heading to be on my ft for a lengthy period of time, I will wear them then, as well.
